What we've done
The Site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Text and background colors meet contrast minimums. Every image has a text alternative, every form field has a visible label, every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and focus is always visible. Videos are muted and decorative; nothing essential is conveyed by video or sound alone. Animations respect your system's reduced-motion setting. The page works at 400% zoom and on a 375-pixel-wide phone without horizontal scrolling.
What we can't control
Checkout happens on doterra.com, which we don't operate. If you have trouble there, dōTERRA® customer service is the right contact.
If something isn't working
Email [email protected] with the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We answer within two business days and fix what we can, usually faster than that.
